On Monday 19th August, FRF DS Swansea were invited to attend the DS & Alfa Romeo Prestige Awards at Tewkesbury Park Hotel, a highly prestigious awards night to recognise the hard work and commitment of the DS and Alfa Romeo retailers all across the country.
As the evening got underway, the first award was announced, FRF DS Swansea were named as the winners of the DS Marketing Award for 2024. Ashley Anderson, Marketing Manager at FRF Motors, went up to collect the accolade from Keely Davidson, DS Marketing Director and Jules Tilstone, DS & Alfa Romeo, Stellantis UK, Managing Director.
The marketing award was given to FRF DS Swansea as recognition for the marketing team which embraced the DS culture and have consistently strived to build the DS brand awareness and marketing opportunities over the first twelve months of representing DS Automobiles in the South Wales region.
Ashley Anderson, and his colleague Dan Wadham, Marketing Assistant of FRF Motors, work closely with our DS Concierge, Nathaniel Passmore and the marketing team at DS Automobiles to continually develop new ideas and content.
FRF Motors have only represented DS Automobiles since June 2023, therefore, it was an amazing achievement for the FRF team to also be named as the National DS Retailer Of The Year for 2024. Paul Watkins, Director of FRF Motors went up to collect the accolade from Ian Gardner, UK Sales Director of DS & Alfa Romeo, and Jules Tilstone, DS & Alfa Romeo Stellantis UK, Managing Director.
This award was given to FRF Motors for embracing the challenge of setting up a new dealership with no existing database. Paul Watkins, Director, Steve Tay, Sales Manager and Mike Watts, Service Manager have overseen the daily operations and Nathaniel Passmore, our DS Swansea Concierge has brought the business to life, with his can-do attitude and by providing outstanding levels of customer experience.
The FRF team could not be more thrilled with the recognition received by winning both of these awards. The team believe this is only the beginning of the FRF DS Swansea journey and the team will consistently strive to provide high levels of customer experience with the aim of becoming the go to DS dealership in South Wales.
